My name is Robin a mother of three and I am so thankful for everything digital. When Moms need to get something done we just figure out how to do it. That is how I learned all about the Macs. I had to figure it out on my own. I am a do-it-yourself kinda girl. I enjoy writing HTML code the old fashion way. Why pay someone to fix a minor or major problem when you can do it yourself. Please, don’t be a Mom that needs to ask your kids for computer help.
I am an Apple junkie. In our house we have four Apple Laptops, five Apple desktop computers, two Apple TV’s, three Apple wireless Base Stations, one tower, Leopard Server, two Apple iPhones and a Mac Mini located across the country that I run a server on and manage remotely. Did I forget something? With all this stuff around you have to learn how to trouble shoot all kinds of things and figure out how to make them work for you.
I don’t do Windows because I have always used Macs. I don’t claim to be an expert but I have over the years learned to simplify my life using all things Apple and hope to share that experience here. This is not a place for “Window” smashing, it is just that I don’t have anything to say about that OS.
